The Nature Of Law-

Law is the precise arrangement (Supposedly or Apparently Maybe Absolutely) of the human conscience. The precise arrangement fact, there remains a lot of blurry parts as to its actual existence. Because we see a lot of laws that are not reflecting the human conscience. The above definition only represents the law as it ought to be in a democratic way of legislation. At last, it stands that law is the expression of the will of the state or sovereign.

Because whenever the law comes forward to balance a deviation, it is the judge who operates the law, meaning, he interprets it depending on the needs of justice. 

What Does Mean By Human Rights?

Whatever the view is, Law is made be it divine or man-made for the sole cause that man exists. A Latin maxim, Hominium Causa Omne Ius Constitutum, describes it all. But when we actually want to give a workable definition or idea of law, we see it as a spider’s web, some gets stuck, some tear through it, and some hover beyond it with full independence and immunity. And this perhaps is the most ancient and absolute workable definition or idea of law.
